-Eating habits to include Ingredients to source and to avoid, natural materials, organic non-gmo pantry restocks, ancestral eating, herbal tinctures/teas to include, detox and so much more.
- Restructuring belief systems, emotional clearing and negative love syndrome patterns.
-Day to day habits to include physical alignment, retuning with the circadian rhythms, rewiring our nervous system.
- Working with our spiritual systems to bring back coherence and our original blueprints through the use of energy modalities.
-Teaching stress reduction techniques such as meditation, yoga, energy movement and tuning in with the natural world.

Huda will customize a Nature Hike to various waterfalls where we will bask in the ions and adventure to mystical vortexes. We will commune under the waterfalls, engage in a tea ceremony and come together in embodied movement.

I incorporate Oriental BellyDance Wisdom, The Science of Martial Arts, Tantra, Kashmiri Shaivism, Kaula and Kundalini yoga, Taoism, western esoteric science, transpersonal psychology, quantum physics and shamanism. We will merge both the practical day to day with the metaphysical aspects of our soul.

This ancient traditional system of massage was practiced by both Āyurvedics and Siddhas in South India. It employs walking and the use of feet to apply deeper pressure. This massage works with body and bone alignment as well as pressure points and Meridians/Nadis. It cultures a healthy energy system by applying pressure along the major 72,000 Nadis (energetic pathways) to release blockages and stagnation.

By activating these points and energy pathways, you are releasing blockages and letting the prana/chi (your primordial life force) flow through your body. This way, all your internal systems and energetic body are activated and balanced, releasing tension in the body or mind.

The Ayurvedic walking massage is a part of the Traditional Kaula Yoga system. Furthermore, Tantric massage can also enhance one's sexual health. You will be fully dressed during this massage. This massage will normally take around 45-60 minutes.
